Balladino, a captivating strategy game, offers players an engaging experience with hundreds of thoughtfully designed levels that balance challenge and enjoyment. Players must protect their clan from advancing monsters, strategically positioning warriors to fend off these foes. Each level introduces a unique setup featuring 35 bushes, adding an element of surprise as players choose one to reveal either a warrior or a monster.

The variety of warriors and enemies keeps gameplay fresh and unpredictable, ensuring that players remain engaged. Enemy Types:

1. Qilin: Basic enemy that takes 5 seconds to traverse each tile and requires 15 hits to defeat.
2. Oni: A Japanese troll needing 50 hits to be vanquished, with a cross-time of 10 seconds per tile.
3. Baku: A lion-elephant hybrid; moves across tiles in 5 seconds and requires 30 hits to defeat.
4. Yuki Onna: Temporarily disables all weapons for 10 seconds.
5. Nuppeppō: Moves at half speed; requires 25 damage to kill. If it confronts a weapon, it consumes it and transforms into a Qilin.
6. Nure-onna: A snake monster that moves three times faster than regular enemies, requiring 20 damage to eliminate.
7. Jorōgumo: An invulnerable female spider that randomly repositions nearby weapons.
8. TENGU: Red-winged humanoid; inflicts 20 damage to kill and can reposition the furthest back enemies forward by two squares (up to five total).
9. Nuribotoke: Ghostly figure that darkens the screen, flashing every five seconds resembling a lightning storm.
10. Azure Dragon: A formidable beast needing 100 hits to defeat and capable of destroying weapons every ten seconds while flying across the map.

Weapons and Heroes:

1. Ninja: Throws ninja stars (1 damage each), stacking up to four on one tile. Once enemies are adjacent, it slashes with swords (2x damage).
2. Samoan: Deals 3x damage with sword attacks, capable of striking from up to two tiles away in all directions.
3. Arrow Tower: Can be placed anywhere; arrows reach the entire map dealing 1 damage per shot.
4. Rocket: Fires a rocket across the map; reloads in 15 seconds and inflicts 5 damage on impact with surrounding tiles.
5. Geisha: Stuns all enemies for 15 seconds, freezing their movement and eliminating one random enemy afterward.
6. Tessenjutsu - FAN warrior: Inflicts 1 damage on all enemies in three front tiles and six adjacent tiles at double the speed of the ninja.
7. Ronin: Randomly transforms into another warrior type upon appearing.
8. Tedate: A shield-bearing warrior protecting colleagues, absorbing up to 100 damage from enemies.
9. Prayer Temple: Boost morale by enhancing weapon fire rates and range for 20 seconds.
10. Onmyōdō - Sorcerer: Converts confronting enemies into weapons before disappearing.
